I often get these problems as well, each minidump for me shows a different application causing the error and are often system applications. I also have a Z790 and a i9 14900KF. What worked for me is underclocking my CPU using Intel extreme tuning utility. Specifically the Performance cores down from x57 to x55 (2 points). This completely stopped any access violations and BSOD errors. Sometimes these settings might revert back causing the BSOD errors to reappear so you will just need to check XTU again. I see you also seem to have all 4 dimms used, just be weary of XMP, as far as I am aware it is still unstable, so far setting it to 4800MHZ for me at least is stable. Just a disclaimer, I am by no means an expert and the above has worked for me, as I have dealt with the same issues for a few months.
I have been experiencing a lot of Access Violation Error across programs and I have already tried multiple troubleshooting method
This happen after I clean install the window 11 and updated BIOS. It seems to happen to many program including browser (edge, chrome), discord, and games. I believed it also cause a couple of BSOD recently. Here is the minidump of one of them 071124-6265-01.dmp
The troubleshooting method I already tried
- Remove all browser extension, disable hardware accel on both browser and discord.
- Adjust maximum CPU usage on all power option to be 99% instead of 100%
- Make sure BIOS setting to be default.
- run Scannow and RestoreHealth in command prompt. both complete successfully and found no corrupted files (once I updated the latest version of window)
- run window memory diagnostic. took about 4hours to complete and found no issue.
The only thing left I have in mind is to do window repair and do another clean window install. If those option still not fix the issue, is there any way to troubleshoot this to find if and what hardware might be corrupted and need to be changed?

The minidumps were analyzed and they show that the sppsvc.exe (Windows Software Protection Service) process is causing the problem.
Some banking systems and other third-party applications cause this service to stop, causing the Blue Screen. One of the programs that cause this problem is the security software Bancaria Warsaw and GBPlugin (Gas Supplier), Logitech Programns, and others.
Then it is necessary to uninstall these programs, or identify which program is causing this problem.
