Android phone. Maybe MSN hates Android! 🤪
The Microsoft Start app is essentially useless.
The Start app is useless. It works once for accessing and reading articles from the MSN homepage and then it quits. The only way to access it again and actually open and read anything is to uninstall and reinstall it. Considering that reading anything from MSN now requires the Start app, this means MSN, I its entirely, no longer works at all. What is going on here? What am I missing?

We have nothing whatsoever to do with MSN or its articles here.
We are mainly volunteers here who help people with their Computer, etc. problems.
That's it.

Most inquiries and issues are best addressed by the development team who manages the MSN experience. Customers can submit feedback directly to the MSN team as long as the customer is using Edge. The process to do so is below:
- Open the page in question (or MSN main page if it is not about a specific article) using the Microsoft Edge browser
- Click on the … icon in the upper right corner to expand the menu
- Click on Help and Feedback near the bottom
- Click on Send Feedback
- Note that if a customer is on a Windows machine, they can navigate directly to the Send Feedback option by pressing ALT-SHIFT-I (the letter i, not number one)
- Be specific and concise in the feedback to get the best results
- Advise the customer to include a valid email address
- If appropriate to the issue being reported, include a screenshot using the option in the feedback tool
