I can't go onto the activation settings on windows 11

When I try to open activation settings it just freezes and nothing loads and it won't let me try activate windows from any other menus because that just ends up freezing too this only started after my pc had to repair my hdd so I have no idea on what to do

    Hi, good day! I'm John Dev a Windows user like you and I'll be happy to assist you today. I know this has been difficult for you, Rest assured, I'm going to do my best to help you.

    Please try the following methods below.

    **Restart Windows Explorer

    Press Ctrl + Shift + Esc to open Task Manager.

    Select the Processes tab.

    Scroll down and select Windows Explorer, Right click then select Restart.

    **Please try to run SFC and DISM to check for any system errors and corrupted files.

    After that, restart your computer

    **Press Start then right click Settings

    Select App settings

    Click Terminate > Repair > Reset

    **Re-register Settings app and built-in apps via PowerShell

    Windows key+X then select Windows PowerShell (Admin)

    copy and paste the commands below one at a time then press Enter. Please ignore the red errors and let the process complete.

    Get-AppXPackage -AllUsers -Name windows.immersivecontrolpanel | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register “$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml” -Verbose}

    Get-AppXPackage | Foreach {Add-AppxPackage -DisableDevelopmentMode -Register "$($_.InstallLocation)\AppXManifest.xml"}

    Restart your computer

    If the In-place upgrade did not work, you may need to consider performing a Reset this PC.

    I did one of the steps and it said the wof driver encountered a corruption in the compressed files resource table
