Constant blue screen and pc crashes?

Hello,
My pc has recently been getting repeated blue screens when playing multiple different games or outright black screening and restarting. I have monitored my temps and no parts have been overheating, I have went through and downloaded and changed many different drivers, and have opened up my pc to see if any cable was not properly set or if the gpu and ram were not all the way but nothing seems to work. I have also reset my pc once and the problems still have persisted.

The blue screen error codes I have received so far are:

SYTEM SERVICE EXCEPTION: cdd.dll

PAGE FAULT IN NONPAGED AREA

UNEXPECTED KERNEL MODE TRAP

IRQL NOT LESS OR EQUAL

PAGE_FAULT_IN_NONPAGED_AREA: dxgmms2.sys

My PC specs are:

RTX 3080

AMD Ryzen 5 5600x

ASYS ROG STRIX B450-F GAMING II

32 GB RAM

Windows for home | Windows 10 | Performance and system failures

The minidumps indicate 4 different causes for the crashes.

-The "070224-11031-01.dmp" indicates that the crash was caused by "AuthenticAMD.sys". Usually, this problem is caused by an outdated version of Bios or a corrupted/outdated version of the Chipset driver.

You can download the latest version of the Bios (5404) at this link.

    https://rog.asus.com/motherboards/rog-strix/rog...

Then you can use the "Auto-Detect and Install Driver Updates for AMD" from this link to install the latest version of the Chipset driver.

    https://www.amd.com/en/support/download/drivers...

-The "070224-7609-01.dmp" indicates that the crash was caused by "dxgmms2.sys". Usually, this problem is caused by a corrupted graphics driver. Uninstalling the graphics driver completely and installing the latest version from the Nvidia website should fix the problem.

Step 1: Uninstall the graphics driver completely using Display Driver Uninstaller (DDU). You can see how to do it at this link.

    https://www.wagnardsoft.com/content/Download-Di...

Step 2: Install the latest version of the graphics driver from the Nvidia website.

    https://www.nvidia.com/download/driverResults.a...

-The "070324-8390-01.dmp" indicates that the crash was caused by a problem with the RAM. This problem could be caused by an outdated version of Bios, a wrong configuration on Bios, or a hardware issue.

You can use a tool called MemTest86 to scan your RAM for errors. You can see how to do it at this link.

    https://www.memtest86.com/tech_creating-window....

-The "070224-7531-01.dmp" and "070224-11109-01.dmp" indicate that the crash was caused by a driver issue, but could not identify which driver had caused the problem.

Hi, I'm Robinson, and I’m happy to help you today.

Please share the minidump files to help identify what is causing the crash.

1-Right-click on Start then click on Run

2-Type: C:\Windows\Minidump and click on OK

3-Compact the minidump files, save them to OneDrive or Google Drive and share them here
