How can I enable screen touch capabilities to my laptop Windows 10 pro 22h2.

Hi my name is Tamir, Im a Microsoft user like you. The touch capabilities depends on the computer model and not the OS update or version. Also tablet mode does not give that option either as it just changes the layout of the screen itself. YOu first have to determined is your model computer have the touchscreen ability, most computer that have touchscreen have that already built in to the computer. If you computer is suppose to have touchscreen abilities and your just missing the driver then you can get it from the Manufacture website. If the computer does not have that ability by design then you can not get the ability as it was not built for it.

With that being said if you can tell me the model of the PC i can see if it suppose to have touch screen capability or you can tell me as you know the computer. But again just because it has tablet mode doesn't mean it has all the functions.

Further research i was able to do state that tablet mode should have touch capabilities, verification needs to be done, but it also mean you might need the drivers
