Hi, my mecer z140c-Express-G is stuck on aptio setup utility. I don't have a clue on what to do. Please kindly help.

Hi, my mecer z140c-Express-G is stuck on aptio setup utility and I don't have any idea on what to do. I tried following a few YouTube videos for help but they didn't help at all. If anyone knows what to do, please kindly help.

    Hi,

    The UEFI boot option under the boot tab appears after I disable secure boot and restart the laptop. I'll attach a screenshot to show exactly what I am talking about.
