How do i fix my PC not recognizing my razer blackshark v2 X?

And your sound card has been disabled.

You can right click on your sound card and open it, and go to your computer's official website to update the sound card driver.

I think i'll respond a bit late, but plz respond with the solution (thx if you do respond). Also the headset i use has a 3.5mm audio jack thing.

How do i fix razer 7.1 surround sound not working? How do I add my razer blackshark v2 X headset back into the playback tab? Also, my microphone doesn't work since my PC, for some reason isn't recognizing my gaming headset (it works with my laptop). My Headset doesn't want to talk to my PC :(
