Hello Ritter M., Welcome to the Microsoft Community!
Based on your feedback, you are experiencing headphones that do not turn on 3D surround sound and would like to add the razer blackshark v2 X headphones back into the playback tab!
I apologize for the delay as the staff only shared your issue with me today!
This may have something to do with the headphone driver
Because your sound device is not recognizing your headphones.
I have seen a second image, is it related to this output device selection
Combined with the first picture
Your headphones are not in the device selection, so I think it has something to do with the driver.
And your sound card has been disabled.
You can right click on your sound card and open it, and go to your computer's official website to update the sound card driver.
Secondly, you can go into the device manager to check the status of your headphone driver to see if there is any abnormality?
If there is any abnormality, you can right click to uninstall the headphone driver.
Then restart your computer, or you can go to the headset's official website to download the latest driver, and then see if it can solve your problem!
I hope the above information is helpful.
