How do i Disable efficiency mode for Discord

Efficiency mode is killing Discord. I can play decently demanding games, yet i cant voice call properly. Windows says there is a subprocesses of Discord that is running efficiency mode. When I turn it off Discord runs fine, then it turns on automatically after a few seconds.

I have:

AMD Ryzen 3 3200G with Radeon Vega Graphics 3.60 GHz

8,00 GB GDDR4 RAM

GTX 1070 8gb

There are no settings to turn off efficiency mode system wide and I don't want it. I have the "Ask me before turning on efficiency mode" option selected but I never got a dialog or asked.

How do I turn this off? It is incredibly frustrating.

The fact that an entire laundry-list of steps, increasing ever-so-much in complexity, just to turn off a simple feature that people do not want, doesn't even work and just gets ignored by the feature entirely, is living, breathing proof that the feature might as well be considered malware, as it doesn't even want to listen to the user and not mess with the settings made specifically to disable it.

Efficiency Mode should not exist. It causes many programs to function improperly, like Discord, which many users use for productivity.

This was not helpful at all, it just reenables itself. Is there a way to permanently disable it on single program?
