Beats Solo 3 Headphones not found as a bluetooth device

I recently got a new laptop on Windows 11 and have tried to connect either pair of my Beats Solo 3 Headphones through bluetooth. I have tried every single thing I have seen on the internet, including checking for windows updates or driver updates, restarting my laptop and buetooth, and making sure discovery was enabled.

Whenever I do try and connect, a few things show up but never my Beats Headphones. They can connect to my iPhone, but not my laptop.

If there is any suggestions or tips to fix this please let me know.

Hi Brandon, I am John J.D., a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand your frustration, and I'm here to help. Thank you for sharing what you have tried so far.

Please try the following steps to manually search for your Beats Solo 3 Headphones in the Bluetooth settings and make sure they are in pairing mode:

    > Turn off the Bluetooth on all other devices, including your iPhone, and just keep the Bluetooth on your headphones and laptop turned on.

    > In your laptop, go to Settings > Bluetooth & Devices.

    > Ensure Bluetooth is turned on.

    > Click "View more devices" > "Add device."

    > Select "Bluetooth."

    > On your Beats Solo 3 Headphones, press the power button for 5 seconds. Make sure the light indicator is blinking to put it in pairing mode.

    > Wait for the scan to complete and look for your device in the list. Ensure it’s within range.

    > Select your Beats Solo 3 Headphones to pair them.
