Hi kenny. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Assessor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.
- Try different uninstallation methods:
Control Panel
- Search for "Add or Remove Programs" in the Start menu.
- Locate your CAD program and click "Uninstall."
Program uninstallation tool:
- Some CAD programs have their uninstallers. Check the installation directory to find an executable called "uninstall.exe" or similar.
Third-party uninstaller:
- If the above methods fail, consider using a third-party uninstaller such as Revo Uninstaller or IObit Uninstaller. These tools can often remove hard-to-remove programs.
- It is very important to check for all kinds of conflicts.
- Temporarily disable your antivirus to see if it is interfering with the uninstallation process.
- Consider disabling any other security software you have installed.
- *Close all programs related to your CAD software before attempting to uninstall it.
- Manual Removal (Be Very Caution)
- Navigate to the installation directory (usually C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86)) and delete the CAD program folder.
- Use the Registry Editor (regedit) to delete the registry keys associated with the program. Be very careful when editing the registry.
- Reinstall Windows 11:
- If all else fails, consider reinstalling Windows 11. This should be a last resort as it will erase all of your data. Please back up your important files before proceeding.
If you get any specific errors, please let me know so I can help you further. I look forward to any additional questions.
