2024-07-15T22:25:20+00:00 Hi,
Kayece here, an Independent advisor and a user just like you. I will be happy to assist you today.
I understand that you have an issue with your download speed. Every time you download a large file, your download MB speed is limited to 0. It might be an outdated system or driver, Internet or system issue, maintenance, or upgrades by your ISP, and router or modem issues.
Please do the following steps and if the steps do not help, proceed to the next one.
*Please check on other devices if you have the same issue with the download MB speed.
*Can you check if your windows and driver are updated? There is a possibility that you had this issue due to the system and drivers are not updated.
Start > Settings > Update & Security > Windows Update, and then select Check for updates.
For drivers, please check your PC, Laptop, or BIOS manufacturer to see if your current driver is compatible with your current system.
*Run an anti-virus and see if there is Malware on your device
*Enable WWAN and WLAN services.
Press Win key + R > type in services.msc > click OK > Look for WLAN Autoconfig and WWAN Autoconfig > Right-Click Properties and set it to automatic (If it's already set to automatic, right-click then click stop then start it again) > Restart PC and check.
*If the issue persists, run the following command in Command Prompt (Admin). Follow the steps below to do so.
Press Windows Key + X.
Click on Command prompt (Admin).
Type the following commands, and hit Enter after each command:
netsh int tcp set heuristics disabled
netsh int tcp set global autotuninglevel=disabled
netsh int tcp set global rss=enabled
netsh winsock reset and press Enter
netsh int ip reset and press Enter
ipconfig /release and press Enter
ipconfig /renew and press Enter
ipconfig /flushdns and press Enter
After all has been processed, Restart your device
