Bootloop/Restart Loop on my Windows 11 (Can access only Bios)

Its been 1 month since this problem occured. But these few days my laptop gone worse. The first 2 weeks it took maybe 5-10 minutes to boot, but now it took maybe 1-2 hours of waiting. The main problem is that i couldn't access startup repair at all (i tried force shutdown 2x/3x or f12). It's the same case for the Bootable USB, i couldn't access the menu to repair or reinstall, because everytime the bootable usb actually work, it won't stay up and go back to the boot looping cycle again.

Any advice is appreciated. Thanks in advance

It would be best to try a different USB flash drive.

Thank you for that information, it seems the USB you are using may be corrupt, it would be best to recreate the bootable USB and try a clean install again.

Hi Dave, thanks for replying. I downloaded the bootable usb file from Windows Installation Media website. The bootable usb popped up only 5 times randomly, and the restart loop always interuppted me to advance to reinstall the windows. The first 3 tries, i went to cmd and try to fix uefi broken partition with the help of this video below

    https://youtu.be/eHGsI3CUlgs?feature=shared

But still, in the middle of typing the commands suddenly it went back to boot, again.

The last 2 tries (so far) i went straight up to the reinstall windows, but still .Unlucky.

And almost forgot to mention, there was a few BSOD's

    1.ntoskrnl (often)

    2.Hypervisor_error (often)

3.Interrupt exception not handled (only once)

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    1

What method did you use to create the bootable USB?

    2

When you boot form the USB, what option(s) have you tried and what exactly happens when that fails, does a clean install from the USB also fail if you wipe the C drive?
