    Hello ben,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

If you are having trouble launching Roblox, it might be due to incorrect installation of the app, Outdated graphic drivers, or your internet connection (or) with Roblox servers. You could try the following suggestions below and see if it helps.

    1. Re-install Roblox.

    a. Open Settings and select Apps.

    b. Find Roblox in the lists and click Uninstall.

    c. Re-install the app from the Microsoft Store.

    1. Clear Roblox data.

    a. Click Windows + R key, type

    %temp%\Roblox and click enter.

    b. Select all the files and hit Delete.

    c. Restart the application.

    1. Update Windows.

    a. Go to settings and select Windows updates.

    b. Download and install all the latest updates for your PC and restart your device.

    Update Graphic drivers.

    a. Open device manager.

    b. Select the arrow next to display adapters.

    c. Right-click your graphic drivers and click Update.

    1. If you are still experiencing issues, create a new Windows user and see if you can launch Roblox from another profile.

    a. Uninstall Roblox player from your PC.

    b. Then, go to settings > Accounts > Other users.

    c. Sign in with another Microsoft account (or) to create a local account, select "Add a user without a Microsoft account".

    d. Follow the instructions to finish setting up the account

    e. Sign in with the new user profile and install Roblox.

    f. If Roblox launches, it's good to go and you can play. (or) If it does not launch, make sure you make the new user as Administrator. If Roblox still does not launch, remove the administrator permissions from this new user and try again.

Once Roblox launches, you actually have 2 options:

    1. Continue to play Roblox on the new user.
    2. Return to your main Windows user and download Roblox Player again. That should also launch since it launches in the new user.

"I have pulled the above steps from the below discussion thread posted by 'MythicalWays' here-

If none of these steps work, you may need to contact Roblox Support for assistance.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
