Hi all,

I had recently started getting BSOD whea uncorrectable error when trying to play games. When I launch the game, it starts fine and then after a couple of seconds, the logo of an MSI GPU (RXT 3060 Ti) starts blinking quickly and then PC crashes. This happens in multiple games.

Please see below for the stop code. Here's what I have done so far:

  • Reinstalled Windows, (fresh, clean install)
  • Updated BIOS and also tried older versions,
  • Ran windows updates
  • Updated all drivers and installed latest chipset
  • made sure all connections and cables are plugged in fine
  • Replaced the GPU with the same one (as my friend has one) and reinstalled drivers.
  • Made sure PC has adequate airflow.
  • Had used Intel CPU stress test - all OK
  • Used MemTest - all OK
  • Tried different PCIe slot for GPU,
  • Tried different M.2 slot for the ssd

The error code is:

0x0000000000000010

0xFFFFD0844F25A028

0xFFFFD0843651487C

0xFFFFD0843665F1A0

Sorry for the delay in reply. I've been offline.

In this log, I noticed that an error occurred when creating the dump file. This is probably due to the type of crash that occurred.

In this case, I suggest you use the Driver Verifier utility. This utility is used to force the system to show the driver causing the problem.

Before turning on Driver Verifier, I like to create a restore point just in case. I suggest doing the same.

https://support.microsoft.com/windows/create-a-...

Turn on Driver Verifier, let the system crash 3 times, then turn off Driver Verifier. Share the minidumps that the crashes created.

(Pay attention to the blue screen that is displayed. Sometimes, it may contain useful information.)

See the article below for instructions.

    In this case, export and share the log for analysis:

    1. Press "Windows + X" and select "Event Viewer";
    2. Expand "Windows Logs" and select "System";
    3. In the "Actions" panel on the right, select "Filter Current Log";
    4. In "Event level", check the boxes "Critical", "Warning", and "Error" and click on "Ok";
    5. Again, in the "Actions" panel, select "Save Filtered Log File As" and save in an easily accessible place.

    Then, upload the file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the file here so I can have a look.

    Hi David,

    Thank you very much for a quick response.

    I can confirm that no Minidump file is being created despite having Dump file location set to: C:\Windows\Minidump

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    See if your computer is creating minidump files.

    These files are in "C:\Windows\Minidump".

    Copy any files you have to your desktop and store them in a ZIP file. Then, upload the ZIP file to the cloud (OneDrive), choose to share it, and get the link.

    Post the link to the ZIP file here so I can have a look.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.
