How do I transfer all my data and apps to my new windows pc?

If the application software is unavailable or out of date how can application software currently on the old computer be transfer to the new computer. There may be multiple application software that need transferring.

I have found a resolution to my issue. I just plugged into my router and had Dell transfer the content.

Please help. I cannot access my account due to an erroneous email address . Please HELP !

it is working, when i have old (X) and new (Y) pc/laptop?

X notebook is in a corporate domain using a server environment, not a home-use environment

Y preinstalled win 11 pro

i means: X notebook is 3 yrs old win 11, the Y is other manufacturers

I don't have X notebook's (old) program installation source + i need to moove lot of setting, databeses etc to Y.

i mean forexample i have 12 vpn connection setting in 3 programs and many many same apps, i would not install those only migrate everyting to Y (not partiton clone or same, becouse of bitlocer.

I does not work. Issue with several Microsoft accounbt of which one has an incorrect email. I need to speak to a trechnical agent .
