Chrome was not updated in those devices so i deployed new version of application via intune to those devices.

We have chrome auto update profile and assigned to all devices but 5 devices are not updated to latest version remaining all are updated.. please suggest any possible way to update the chrome in those devices.. thank you

Did you check the settings and also find the exact version you want?
It's good idea but is there any other way to do this from intune because I can't take remote session with those users and I don't have admin credentials to run the cmd as administrator
And small doubt: if your chrome is managed by organization is it possible to update manually from chrome settings

If the management tool wasn’t successful, let’s try updating Chrome manually in each devices. Close all windows and tabs. Open Command Prompt as administrator. Type the following command “"C:\Program Files (x86)\Google\Update\GoogleUpdate.exe" /ua” and press enter. This will force Google Update to check for and install updates for Chrome. Restart Chrome if there are updates.
I tried same thing with intune config profile..it was showing successful but still the devices running with lower versions
