    Hello Yummy,

Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.

To reset the Ethernet (Wired) network adapter and settings,

    a. Go to Start and then select Settings.

    b. Click Network & Internet.

    c. Select Advanced Network settings.

    d. Scroll down and select Network reset.

("This will remove then reinstall all your network adapters and set other networking components back to their original settings".

    e. Click Reset now.

    f. Once done, restart your PC.

If you are still having issues, right-click your ethernet adapter drive in the device manager, select Uninstall device and restart your Computer.

This restart will automatically re-install your wired Ethernet adapters.

Check your network connectivity after the system restart.

I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.

    Best regards,

    Gunasekar N
