Is there a microsoft migration tool for windows 10/11?

Hello,

I want to know what migration tool i should use to migrate everything from my old computer to my new one, which can be from win 10 to win 10 computer, win 11 to win 11 computer and if possible, win 10 to 11. But i also wanna ask, does microsoft have a migration tool for windows? If yes, i would really want to know how to use it.

    Windows has a migration tool but it is only meant to be used for large-scale deployment.
