I have tried almost everything to fix this issue. Here are a few i have tried:
- Reinstalled the game
- Reinstalled Direct X
- Reinstalled CC++ Microsoft redistributable
- Ran the game through Razor Cortex
- Deleted and reinstalled d3dcompiler_43.dll file in system 32
- Reinstalled my windows 11
- Updated all graphics cards and other update
