Text appearing as blue and visual errors.

Since this morning I've had a strange graphics bug with Windows 11, Some text on Google Chrome has appeared as blue when it isn't supposed to (e.g. the Netflix logo) and programs have had white boxes around each UI element. Additionally, programs such as Task Manager have their borders appear yellow. I assumed it was an issue with my GPU and updated my Graphics drivers but that hasn't fixed it. Other than this the GPU is acting normally. I've also tried rebooting the PC and the visual bugs have persisted.

CPU - AMD Ryzen 7 7700

GPU - Nvidia GeForce RTX 3060

Hello, I'm Manoel Barros! I will help you in the best way possible, using my knowledge and experience.

Check if you have enabled any Windows color features. Follow the steps below:

    1. Open Windows Settings (WINDOWS key + I) > Select the "Personalization" setting > Then "Colors".
    2. Turn off "Show accent color in title bars and window borders" > Restart your computer.
    3. If the problem persists, also check Narrator. Open Windows Settings > Select the "Accessibility" option > Then "Narrator" > Disable the narrator and the shortcut key to activate Narrator (if you don't use Narrator) > Restart the computer.

I look forward to your feedback on the issue. Don't forget to let me know if your problem has been resolved!

Hey Manoel, thanks for the advice! While it wasn't actually being caused by the narrator I did realize while I was checking that Contrasting Themes had been turned on in the windows accessibility menu and that was what was causing it. Thanks for the reply
