2024-07-05T00:20:22+00:00 ok, thanks again for the reply.
one last question, does this minidump report count for the frequent crashes to desktop too ? they happen more than BSOD.
also, can you link a guide on how to update my bios.
thanks.

2024-07-04T21:37:34+00:00 The minidump files only indicate that the cause of the BSOD is hardware RAM, which is RAM related.
You can try updating the BIOS to see if the problem persists, but if it persists, the ideal would be to change the RAMs.

2024-07-04T19:43:08+00:00 thank you for the fast reply !
i took the pc to maintenance from where it was bought as soon as the problem started and they tested the ram sticks and said they were fine, didn't change the ram sticks.
also forgot to mention, this problem was happening too often i had to turn off my XMP profile to this day.
do you think i should manually change the XMP frequency to match the ones on the box of each stick ?
my bios version is not the latest, should i update my bios ?
or should i just save up to buy new RAM.
i'm saying this because the supposed Ram Kit isn't a kit with 2 Rams inside, but 2 boxes with 2 rams
it's running dual channel on a2 b2 i think
i just searched for the model and it's supported on my motherboard but not KIT mode (dual channel)
only 1 is supported each (single module)
here's a link to my ram invoice number : https://assets-global.website-files.com/63b6412d4ef17b35c8b5f9d5/6434ba93111f06732795d6dd\_PVS48G320C6\_sku\_sheet.pdf
here's to my motherboard supported ram : https://download.gigabyte.com/FileList/Memory/mb\_memory\_z590-gaming-x\_210802.pdf?v=70fefc89eec6f93b707229725b1688d3
TLDR : as you can see, my ram sticks are not KIT edition. they're single module each which is not "supported" by my motherboard.
sorry for the long answer and bad english.
thank you in advance !

2024-07-03T22:30:17+00:00 My name is Jonathan Deives. I'm an Independent Advisor and I will be happy to help you today.
The minidumps indicate that the cause of the BSOD is hardware RAM and in this case it is necessary to change the RAM or clean the socket.
You can also use Windows Memory Diagnostic and memtest86 on each RAM stick if you have more than one to identify which one has the problem.
