How do i get to it
Hello, I just tried that. I've shut down and reopened my computer but it's still in the cancellation process, I am very sure that it is not my wifi as many software updates before have used the same wifi and many other devices such as my phone are also connected. What should I do?
Could you please provide the screenshot of the cancel?
Hi, good day! I'm Nals and I'll be happy to help you out today.
The time required to download updates primarily depends on internet connection speed, network settings, and update size. Normally, Windows Update should take only 15 minutes to 1 hour. Make sure that you are connected to a stable internet connection.
If you've already canceled the update and it's been stuck in the cancellation process for an extended period, you may need to force a restart of your laptop by holding down the power button for a few seconds and turning it on to see if boots normally.
Regards,
Nals
