Why is Windows Explorer and other microsoft apps not working properly?

I have begun to notice little things not working, such as the phone link isn't recognized and the windows explore will not launch when I click the radio button on the taskbar or press the windows key on the keyboard. I have tried searching through the computers apps and settings and what I have learned is my Microsoft software may have become altered in some way either by an update, ignorance on my part, or other means. When I try to restart the Windows explorer from the task manager, I receive the error:

Windows cannot find

'MicrosoftWindows.Client.CBS_1000.22700.102.0_x64_cw5n1h2txyewy' (I tried inserting a screen shot or snip but the image wouldn't load correctly)

I have thought about resetting the PC but I don't have enough experience to feel comfortable just doing that without the fear of losing files or not having a product key for the Windows 11 software. (Is this found anywhere other than the original packaging it came in?)

    Hi EFWhite, This is Ramesh.

The Windows Client CBS component is a core part of Windows. Please try one of the methods below to fix the issue.

    Perform a System Restore rollback

Press Win + R, type "rstrui.exe" and click OK. This starts the System Restore window. Select a restore point created before the issue was first seen. Then, roll back the system to that point.

    Repair install Windows 11

If that doesn't help or no restore point exists, repair your Windows 11 installation using these steps:

    1. Download Windows 11 Media Creation Tool (MCT) from this link:

    https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=2156295

    1. Run MCT and download the ISO it recommends for your system.
    2. Right-click on the downloaded ISO and choose "Mount." This assigns the ISO a drive letter.
    3. Run setup.exe from the ISO drive. This starts the repair installation.

(Your files, settings, and applications will be preserved if you use the ISO recommended for your system by the Media Creation Tool. However, ensure that the "Keep personal files and apps" option is ticked/auto-selected during the setup.)

Note: Your activation will not be lost during the repair installation process.
