Hello there, I'm trying to setup the finger print scanner on my Windows 11 Pro, but when I go to the setttings and the Accounts and Sign-in Options it says "This option is currently unavailable. We couldn't find a fingerprint scanner compatible with Windows Hello". I went my HP Support companion and looked for a driver, also tried with Google Search, but nothing worked.
