    Thanks for your feedback!

Have you tried an external keyboard, such as a USB Keyboard? If so, does the problem occur with him too?

Hello! I'm Manoel Barros, a user with experience in Microsoft products. I will help you with your problem!

Let's perform some troubleshooting to try to resolve this issue.

    Check updates

Check for updates to fix potential bugs and issues, and add new features.

    1. Open System Configuration > Click ''Update & Security'' > ''Windows Update'' > ''Check for Updates''.
    2. Download all available updates. Click on the ''Show optional updates'' option (marked in blue) if you have > Select all drivers > Click on ''Download and Install''.

    Clean temporary files

    1. Download Microsoft PC Manager from the link below (click ''View in Store'')

    https://apps.microsoft.com/ru-ru/detail/9pm8604...

    1. Open the app.
    • Use the ''Health Check'' option to check the health of your computer.
    • Use the ''Deep Cleaner'' option to clean temporary files and cache (select all).
    • Use the ''Startup'' option and disable apps that you don't want to start up with the system - this increases Windows startup speed and prevents some unnecessary apps from running in the background.
    1. Restart your computer.

    Windows Repair

    1. Type "'Command Prompt" in the Search Bar > Right-click on the app > Select '''Run as administrator''.
    2. Now let's type the following commands.

ATTENTION: Type the entire command on the first line > Press ENTER > Wait for the command to complete > Execute the next command in the list.

    sfc /scannow

    DISM /Online /Cleanup-image /Restorehealth

    echo S | chkdsk c: /f /x /r

    1. When finished, turn off your computer properly and turn it on again.

I look forward to your feedback on the issue. Don't forget to let me know if your problem has been resolved!
