What is the strategy for SharePoint vs Teams? What is each used for, and how are documents managed using these two tools?

    Hi @john john

    For Teams client, there are many policies. You can use policies to control the Teams features that are available to users in your organization. For example, there are calling policies, meeting policies, and messaging policies, to name just a few.

    If the file is upload to Teams channel, you could find them in SharePoint Online Site. For the relationship between SharePoint and Teams, you could better understand it from the following picture:
