    Thanks for the screenshot.

    In this case, open Autoruns again, but don't type anything in the filter box.

    Share a screenshot of the items under "Logon". Especially if there is an item highlighted in yellow.

    Also, share a screenshot of the "Startup" tab of the Task Manager.

    1. Press "Ctrl + Shift + Esc" to open Task Manager;
    2. Select the "Startup" tab.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    File is not there.

    Not sure how to check startup or task scheduler for startup files?

    Hi. I'm David, and I'm happy to help you.

    Please do the following:

    Download the Autoruns tool from the link below.

    https://download.sysinternals.com/files/Autorun...

    Extract the ZIP file. Then, right-click the "Autoruns64" file and select "Run as Administrator".

    In the filter box in Autoruns, type: vbs

    Share a screenshot of what is found.

    Use the shortcut "Windows + Shift + S" to use the screenshot tool.

    I await your reply. Click on the "Reply" button below my reply.

    Just delete that file if exists.

    Also check for files kept in startup and check task scheduler for startup files.
