    Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this.

    It is not possible to trace a laptop by serial number.

    If you had location services and the 'find my device' settings enabled in the settings app, then you may be able to locate your stolen device.

    Log into your Microsoft account on this link: https://account.microsoft.com/devices

    Click the 'Find My Device' tab.

    Select the device you want to find, and click 'Find' that may show you a map indicating your device's location.
