i updated my windows then went basketball training with it updating, I came back 1hour and 30 minutes later and it was still at 0%. I've cancelled it but its been cancelling for 40 mins now.

I've shut down and reopened my computer but it's still in the cancellation process, I am very sure that it is not my wifi as many software updates before have used the same wifi and many other devices such as my phone are also connected.
