    I don't believe you're meant to use those numbers. Instead, follow the directions that are partially obscured by the price sticker on the package. Since this appears to be OEM software, it should have been installed already by the laptop manufacturer or reseller.

    Thanks for your reply. When buying my laptop device, I also bought the program and received it in the package as in the picture. When I try any number from the package I get a negative answer.
