Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Please make sure that Windows and your printer driver are updated to the latest versions. Select Start > Settings > Windows Update > Check for Updates and install any available updates. You can download and install the latest printer driver from the manufacturer's website.
You can also try running the printer troubleshooter and see if that helps. Click Start > Settings > System > Troubleshoot > Other troubleshooters > Click the "Run" button next to Printer and follow the pop-up instructions.
If the issue persists, try restarting your printer's print spooler. Please follow these steps: Press Windows Key + R to open the Run command window, type services.msc and press Enter. In the services window, scroll down and search for "Print Spooler". Just right-click on it and select Restart. Then check to see if the problem is fixed. Let me know if this solution works for you. If not, please feel free to reply, and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Thank you.
Best Regards!
Jen :)
