Hi there, I'm John, a fellow Microsoft user like you.

I understand you're having issues with your internet connection, and I'm here to help. Are you experiencing this issue with a Wi-Fi or Ethernet connection?

Are you using a VPN connection and it uses a proxy server?

What changes have you made, and are you receiving any specific error messages?

If you haven't already, consider checking this Microsoft support article for detailed steps: "Use a proxy server in Windows 10" https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/use...

While in there, you can expand this sections to learn more:

    > To set up a proxy server connection automatically

    > To set up a proxy server using a setup script

    > To set up a proxy server connection manually

    > To set up a proxy server for a VPN connection

Click "Reply" below to let me know how it goes. If the issue persists, please provide more details by answering my questions.

    John J.D.
