    Thanks for updating me.

15 minutes for a computer to boot is abnormal. Please try these extra steps:

Uninstall any third-party security software and scan for viruses & malware with the free Malwarebytes:

    https://www.malwarebytes.com/mwb-download

Download then install the latest version of BIOS & Chipset drivers from the manufacturer's website.

Go to Control Panel > Power Options > Choose what the power buttons do > Change settings that are currently unavailable. Uncheck Turn on fast startup and save changes.

Run Command Prompt as Administrator and type:

    chkdsk C: /f /r /x

    Then press enter.

After that, check to see if your computer boots faster.

Please do not hesitate to ask if you need further assistance.

    Hi Laksen,

I'm Dyari. Thanks for reaching out. I will be happy to assist you in this regard.

Depending on your device specifications, the processor's generation is 2nd generation and it may not be able to run Windows with high performance due to its age. However, you can try these steps to improve the performance:

Disable unnecessary startup programs. Right-click on the Taskbar > Task Manager > Startup tab > Disable unnecessary apps.

Also, make sure your system drive is not full. If it is, it is best to clean it:
