2024-08-18T16:23:14+00:00 I think there is something wrong with my Intel hD4000 drivers, because when I update the drivers (integrated gpu) to old ones, start the game and update the drivers (integrated gpu) to new ones again, at that time the computer uses a dedicated gpu in the game
- "Or if you open the Settings app, then go to System - Display - Graphics, can you add your games in there and set them to use the dedicated graphics?"
the options are only for integrated gpu, but if the integrated gpu drivers are old, then dedicated gpu will also be displayed
But the games are lagging, it show 40fps but feel like 20fps

If you boot into your BIOS, is there an available option in there to disable the Intel iGPU?
Or if you open the Settings app, then go to System - Display - Graphics, can you add your games in there and set them to use the dedicated graphics?

The chipset is a chip on your motherboard, it is not possible to update the chipset from a 216 version to a 300 version with software, because that would mean replacing the chip on your motherboard.
What do you need to update your BIOS for?

I need some information about your system, click your Start button, then just type msinfo and press Enter, please provide a screenshot of the resulting System Information window.
