Phone link crashing while creating qr code.

Im trying to link my phone to my pc so when ever I use phone link click on iphone it immediately starts making a qr code and crashes a second after.

im the person who made the post but on a different account. But it crashes before i can press continue manually without qr code

I understand that you are encountering difficulties connecting your iPhone to Windows using the Phone Link App, which crashes when scanning the QR code displayed on the PC. To fix the issue, try the following methods:

Have you tried the alternate option?

"Continue manually without a QR code".

Try Updating, Repairing or Resetting the Phone Link app.

a. Update Phone Link.

• Open Microsoft store.

• Go to Library.

• Find the Phone link in the lists, and click Update.

• You can select Update All to install all the apps to the latest versions.

b. Repair Phone link app.

• Search for Phone link in the search bar, right-click and select App settings.

• Scroll down, and select Repair.

• Open the Phone Link app to link your device. If the issue persists,

• Select Reset.

Download and install Windows updates.

• Go to Settings > Windows Updates > Check for updates.

• Download and install all the latest updates for your PC and restart it.
