If you want to fix the Windows 11 upgrade error 0x8007001F which has nothing to do with Windows Update, share the log file I asked for.

Hii , when try to update windows 10 to 11, I have checked all pre-requirement , My pc is compatible to get windows 11, but one thing has occurred error when I run troubleshooter this was it - previously you said it is working, but why is this error occuring in BITS service. Is this the reason windows is not updating?

The report says BITS has started correctly, which is a good thing. It's an informational entry.

Problem with BITS service : The requested service has already been started.

* * *

You should be concerned only if BITS doesn't start.

May I know if Windows Update works correctly on your system? If not, what's the error code shown when installing updates?
