I cannot find a Save AS function when I try to download a PDF file to my Windows 365 laptop. The Google help and AI instructions claim you can Save As under File, but again I cannot find the document either on my desk top or in My Drive. I have also tried converting PDF file to DocX and Doc, but unable to find Save As so I can send the doc to a specific folder!!

Please help...thanks!

Hello I'm jayshri and I'm happy to help you .

To save a PDF file to your Windows 365 laptop, follow these steps:

    Download from Browser:

Open the PDF in your browser.

Look for a download icon (downward arrow or disk).

Click it and choose where to save the file.

    Print to PDF:

    Open the PDF.

    Press Ctrl + P.

Choose Microsoft Print to PDF as the printer.

Click Print and pick a folder to save.

    From Google Drive:

    Right-click the PDF.

    Select Download.

    Choose a folder and save.

Check your Downloads folder if you can’t find the file.

Download from where? If a web site does it not open in Edge/Your default browser, if so you 'print it' to the desired folder using 'Microsoft Print to pdf'
