Remove Inaccessible Computers from Link to Windows App on Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra

I need assistance removing multiple computers from my Link to Windows app. I have a Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra. There are 4 computers linked to my Link to Windows app on this phone. These computers are actually previous Windows installations on my current PC. I've reinstalled Windows multiple times on this PC, and I can no longer access these previous installations to disconnect them properly. I need a way to remove these inaccessible computers from my Linked Account.

How can I remove these inaccessible computers from my Link to Windows app on my Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra without having direct access to the previous Windows installations?

The ONLY damn way to make Microsoft fix this **** is too get hundred plus calls and open up tickets! Flood them with tickets on unable to remove devices from Windows Link! If this don't happen if others don't do the same thing I did this will never get fixed! The damn lazy developers don't have to answer to anyone and won't fix this but unless enough calls come in on this issue that it gets flagged as current caller ticket issue it won't make it up the chain to the higher ups. All these tech call centers every month the most common call drivers get reported to the higher ups. So if everyone that is upset with this opens up tickets for the same thing call Microsoft complain about the bug.. get enough attention it will go over the lazy developers heads and than MAYBE... JUST MAYBE something will get done.

I have the same issue for my new computer

but I found the solution (I place my solution here because RAZVAN-ALEXANDRU ANGHEL was the last person replied on this thread, hope everyone can see my solution and resolve this issue)

    to solve this problem

    1. go to your phone

settings -> apps -> link to windows -> storage

    clear cache and clear data

      1. go to your phone

settings -> apps -> link to windows service -> storage

    clear cache and clear data

    1. restart your phone
    2. login to Microsoft to remove the old device from the name you use
(in my case, I have both new and old devices, and I will remove the old device)

    https://account.microsoft.com/devices/
    (after
you remove all old devices, your Microsoft registered email will only associate with your new device only.)

    1. run "windows powershell" as an administrator

    execute the following command
    Get-AppxPackage Microsoft.YourPhone -AllUsers | Remove-AppxPackage

this command will reinstall phone link from your PC
    6. restart your PC
    7. reinstall "phone link"
    https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nmpj99vjbwv
    8.
     open "phone link" app
app will send the notification to your phone to ask permissions
grant the permissions your feel comfortable

make sure both your phone and pc bluetooth are on when you link them.

    Hi Richard Hammers.

Thanks for your post in Microsoft Community.

I have learned that you have reinstalled Windows multiple times on your computer, and as a result there are multiple duplicate computer device messages in the Connect to Windows on your phone.

Please make the following settings on your computer

1 Right-click the Start button and select Settings

    2 Go to Bluetooth & devices>Mobile devices

3 On this page, delete the information from your cell phone.

Meanwhile, please try to uninstall Connect to Windows on your phone and reinstall it to see if it can solve your problem.

If it still doesn't work, please refer to the following steps to uninstall Phone Link on your computer using PowerShell

1 Type Windows PowerShell in the search box on the taskbar, right-click it and choose Run as administrator

2 Type in the following command and press the Enter key

    Get-AppxPackage *YourPhone* | Remove-AppxPackage

3 Please search and download and install Phone Link in Microsoft Store, or download it through the following link

    https://apps.microsoft.com/detail/9nmpj99vjbwv?utm_source=technave&hl=en-us&gl=en-us

After this try uninstalling and reinstalling Connect to Windows on your phone again to see if after this has resolved your issue. '

Thank you for your understanding and support.

    Best regards,
