My apologies about that. Sure, let's try that. Please download your Samsung's bluetooth driver in this link.

There are three bluetooth drivers in the link, I would suggest each one of them. After downloading and installing the driver, please make sure to restart the laptop after reinstalling them.

It still doesn't work, the problem is not with the Bluetooth headset, because it works on other devices, and it's not just the headset that my notebook can't find, it's all types of devices with Bluetooth.

I had seen another thread where another user had deleted the Microsoft Bluetooth LE Enumerator and the Advisor gave him a link to download the bluetooth drivers based on the information the user provided, would it be possible to do the same with my notebook?

Hello there! I am Charity, I'm an Independent Advisor. I'm glad to help you today!

My apologies about that. May I ask what is the make and model of your bluetooth headset? Let's also try the steps below.

Open Device Manager and locate your Bluetooth adapter. If it’s not listed, check under Other devices.

Right-click the Bluetooth adapter and select Uninstall device. After uninstalling,

restart your computer to allow Windows to reinstall the driver automatically.

If Windows doesn’t reinstall the driver, return to Device Manager, click on Action > Scan for hardware changes to reinstall it manually.

Please let me know if this worked for you.

    Kind Regards,

    Charity
