Hello Moderator,

What are my options if this laptop cannot connect to the internet, or if I prefer not to connect it? How can I bypass the "Let's connect you to a network" screen? It should be my decision whether to connect this laptop to Outlook or not, as the laptop is in my possession.

Btw where title should be there is question.

Thank you for your assistance.

Hi, I am Dave, I will help you with this

If you are currently in the OOBE (Out of Box Experience) setting up Windows 11, you can use these steps to skip setting up a net work and adding a Microsoft account details and use a Local account.

Ensure the laptop cannot connect to a network by turning off your router.

When you reach the part to connect to a network, press F10 or Shift + F10 to open Command Prompt.

Run this command and press Enter:

    OOBE\BYPASSNRO

The laptop will restart, if Command Prompt opens again, close it.

There should then be a new option at the bottom 'I do not have a network', select that

Then when you reach the part to setup a user account, select the option not to add Microsoft Account details to create a local account.

Force your PC to shut down and restart your PC, that method should get Command Prompt to open in the OOBE.
