So, today I tried to run a game, and while it was loading the computer showed me bluescreen and restarted. I haven't been changing anything for a while now in terms of hardware. Can someone explain to me what happened and if something's bad is happening with my PC?

I'm providing a link with .dmp file of the error.

I've noticed that bluescreen error happened at the same time as ROGLiveService.exe crashed.

Thanks for the help. I did the clean installation of Nvidia drivers. Hope that solves the issue. If bluescreen happens again, I'm going to try another PCIe port.

    Thanks again!

Hi Oskar, thanks for reaching out. My name is Bernard a Windows fan like you. I'll be happy to help you out today.

I understand the issue you have, there is nothing to worry I am here to help, as per checking and analyzing the DMP file you have, there is an error in nvlddmkm.sys, which is your Nvidia graphics card driver, for us to fix the issue kindly follow the steps below:

We need to run a Clean installation of the Nvidia driver, this is different from doing DDU or updating the driver as this will remove all entries and replace them with compatible ones, kindly follow the steps from the link below:

Watch out for ads on the site that may advertise products frequently classified as a PUP (Potentially Unwanted Products). Thoroughly research any product advertised on the site before you decide to download and install it.

Additional note: If the issue persists, I suggest removing the GPU and placing it into another PCIe port available, however, if all fails, I suggest contacting a local technician to physically check the device for any hardware-related issues.

Let me know how it goes and I hope that helps.

    Bernard
