I am trying to pull a still frame photo from a video I have and want to be able to pull out a still frame photo without losing quality of the photo by taking a screen shot. Please advise as this used to be a feature and i no longer have it/can find it.

According to the information in threads containing similar issues, the Photos application still has the ability to extract frames

This feature is available in the Photos application with version 2024.11070.31001.0.
