    I need to change screen documentation

    Orientation, not documentation:

    Press Ctrl + Alt and the UP Arrow Key.

    If that does not fix it, Ctrl + Alt and try each of the other Arrow Keys until the problem is fixed.

    You may be able to use this Method if required depending on your Graphics Card:

    You could right click on an empty part of the Desktop > select Graphics Options > then Rotation.
