Hello, and thanks for reaching out! I'm Nals, and I'll be happy to assist you today. My response times may vary, but I generally reply between 10:00 AM and 8:00 PM IST (UTC +5:30) every day of the week.

What exactly is displayed on the screen right now? Is it a blank screen, a specific error message, or something else?

Press and hold the power button for about 10-15 seconds until the laptop completely shuts down.

Wait a few seconds, then press the power button again to turn the laptop back on.

Let me know how it goes. Thank you!

    Best regards,

    Nals

    Thank you for the update!

Access the BIOS, locate the option to restore default settings, then save your changes and restart your PC.

If the issue persists, visit the support page for your PC on the manufacturer’s website to check for any BIOS updates that might not be installed yet.

    Hi Sakshi,

Please open the Windows Recovery environment using either of the steps below:

On the Lock Screen, Press and hold the Shift key. Then, click the restart button on the lock screen located at the bottom right situated in the Power menu, to open the Windows Recovery options.

If you cannot reach the Lock screen or start your computer, restart your PC two times when the boot screen is shown. If your PC has no restart button, press and hold the Power button until the computer shuts down. Do this twice.

On the third time, windows should open Windows Recovery options automatically.

When in WinRE, run startup repair and let us know.
