Hello amr,
Thank you for reaching out to the Microsoft Community and I'll be glad to assist you today.
Browsers usually don't work that way. The more workload we give to browsers, the more memory they consume. The most popular browsers like Edge, Chrome, Brave, Mozilla...etc.. I have used all of them on my device and monitored their performance and RAM management in the task manager. I found that all the popular browsers consume a similar amount of memory, GPU, and network resources.
Also, the number of processes running in the browser also affects memory consumption. It may consume more power if you have multiple tabs open, add extensions, or due to other reasons. However, if your PC has good hardware, such as powerful processors and sufficient RAM, it should be able to manage the higher workload created by all web browsers automatically. For Windows devices, Microsoft Edge automatically optimizes memory to provide better performance.
I hope this information helps. If you have any questions, please let me know and I will be happy to help you further.
Best regards,
Gunasekar N
