Can't access to my device manager

Whenever I want to access in device manager,i got message that i don't have the administrator permission.

But i am the owner of the pc.

I checked settings everything is okay. My Hotmail account aldo singed in there

    welcome : Listen there're methods to enable

    the Admin rights, for windows users..

    1. But try these steps first. To open - Device Manager -

    use this shorcut : Press - Windows key + X in the keyboard

          and select "Device Manager" From top menu 
    
    1. Make sure that the "Administrator account rights are Enabled"

    click - Start and type command in the >> Taskbar search field : click on

    Run as Administrator : Now on the - Command black window - Type

    this net user administrator /active:yes and press - Enter

    Wait for confirmation and restart.

    Let's explore other way to access the. Device Manager

                  **using the Command Prompt** 
    
    1. Press Win + R to open the. Run command dialog box.
    2. Type CMD and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter : To open Command Prompt.
    3. Say [Yes] to the UAC - Pop up and then..
    4. Type devmgmt.msc and press - Enter to open. Device Manager.

    -- Post the results. if the above solution

    Hi on my PC when I type : net user administrator /active:yesit tells me that "The username could not be found." ? what I have to do ?

    using the Command Prompt

    1. Press Win + R to open the. Run command dialog box.
    2. Type CMD and press Ctrl + Shift + Enter : To open Command Prompt.
    3. Say [Yes] to the UAC - Pop up and then..
    4. Type devmgmt.msc and press - Enter to open. Device Manager. +++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++++ Third - Method to try to open - Device Manager. if you've Wins 10-11
              is similar, with the fix above. But you get there in different way
      
      Step 1 : In Windows 11/10, press Ctrl + Shift + Esc at the same time to open Task Manager. Step 2 : Go to the top-left corner, click File > Run new task. **** Step 3 : Type devmgmt.msc into the text box, check the option of "Create this task with administrative privileges" and click oK.
