Hi, Jonathon. My name is Ivan, and I am an Independent Assessor. I'd be more than happy to assist you. I'm so sorry that you are experiencing this issue. Don't worry, I'll do everything I can to help you.
This problem may be caused by a program called Desktop Goose that simulates a virtual goose that causes chaos on your desktop. Is this the problem you are having?
To remove it you must:
- Look for a goose icon or any file related to "Desktop Goose" on your desktop or in your file explorer.
- Right click on the goose icon or related files and select "Delete".
- Empty the Recycle Bin to make sure the goose is completely removed.
Do you have a restore point from before this program was installed? If the answer is yes, use it to start from this point.
