Hi everyone,

I’m facing an issue with my HP 455 G7 laptop, which is equipped with an AMD Ryzen 3 2200U processor and Radeon Vega 3 graphics. My laptop functions perfectly until I enable Memory Integrity in Windows Security. Here's what happens:Initial Setup:My laptop is running smoothly with the Radeon Vega 3 graphics driver installed. All display settings and screen resolutions work perfectly.

Enabling Memory Integrity:

When I turn on Memory Integrity in Windows Security and restart my system, the graphics driver gets uninstalled. After reinstalling the graphics driver, I notice that it's not working properly. The screen resolution is incorrect, and I can't adjust it to the recommended settings.

Disabling Memory Integrity:

When I disable Memory Integrity, the graphics driver starts working properly again, and I can restore the display settings to their optimal state.

Steps I've Tried:

Updated the Radeon Vega 3 graphics driver to the latest version.Checked for Windows updates and ensured my system is up-to-date.Tried rolling back the graphics driver to a previous version.Updated chipset drivers and BIOS.None of these solutions have resolved the issue, and it seems like enabling Memory Integrity is directly affecting the graphics driver.

My Questions:

Has anyone else experienced a similar issue with Memory Integrity affecting their graphics drivers?

Are there any known solutions or workarounds to keep Memory Integrity enabled without disrupting the graphics driver?

Is there a specific driver version or update I should be using to fix this compatibility issue?

    Hi Haseeb2018, This is Ramesh.

If the driver issued by Windows Update doesn't fix the issue, please try the following driver update from HP.

    31.0.21018.23005 Rev.W
    900.0 MB

If that doesn't help, the only way is to post a request to HP asking them to build compatible drivers for your device. Till then, the Memory Integrity feature can't be enabled, and there is no workaround.
