A software named count or something is in my taskbar and i think it is playing songs and affecting my laptop please help me

Have you installed this Count software by yourself? Have you tried uninstalling it?

Please go to Settings > Apps > Find that app and remove it.

Regarding the virus, kindly try the steps below:

Go to Settings > Update and Security > Check for update > Install all the pending updates.

Uninstall any third-party security software and scan for viruses & malware with the free Malwarebytes:
