I've turned off the sticky keys, Filter keys, Toggle keys. I've also disabled WindowsInkWorkspace and reinstall the drivers from device manger (I've restart my laptop too after doing every single steps) and even press win + alt to fix this issue. But this issue still remains. Please help me to fix this issue.

Yeah, this problem is occurring after connecting an external keyboard too.
Hello, Jen. Thanks for your answer. But I'm sorry I've followed every step you mentioned but my problem has not solved yet. I guess it is not a regular problem because I've tried all the steps mentioned in my question. Unfortunately, I am still having this issue😥
Hello! I'm Jen, and I'd be happy to help you out with this issue.
I'm sorry to hear you're experiencing this issue. Does the same issue occur when you use On-Screen keyboard? In the Windows searchbar, type in OSK and hit Enter to launch the On-Screen keyboard. Then, open Notepad to test whether the same issue appears.
You can also try to run the Keyboard Troubleshooter. Click Start > Settings > Search for "Fix keyboard" and select "Find and fix keyboard problems" > Click Next to run the troubleshooter. Restart your laptop and check if the keyboard is working normally.
Try reinstalling your keyboard driver. Right-click the Start button and select Device Manager. Expand the Keyboards section. Right-click the keyboard driver then select Uninstall device. Restart your laptop and Windows will automatically reinstall the driver. If the problem still persists, try connecting an external keyboard to your computer and check to see if the issue goes away. Let me know if this works. If not, please feel free to reply and I'll be happy to provide further assistance. Thank you.
Best Regards!
Jen :)
